The premise of this movie is flawed. All you have to do is ask for volunteers, and there would be hundreds of women (and men) who would choose to go to Mars.

A fabulous movie. The usual late 50's mid 60's hokey low budget start…but then…an amazing and memorable interplanetary love story emerges. Fascinating!

This is a true story. Except instead of Mars it was a guy named Tommy and instead of women it was a job and he eventually got one after buying a newspaper and looking up job vacancies.
I enjoyed watching, more for the time period, the clothing, the decor, and how men and women dressed on a daily basis. The women hair styles were also very nice. The story could be much better. I was born 1969.
👏👏👏🤣. Could anyone ( over 60,70…) Imagine there were WAP Videos or Actors accepting their Awards for 🎞 commenting ‘ F*** T*** ‘ a President of the United States?!? Or a Man- in a Dress, Make-Up, High Heels- being Invited to the WHITE HOUSE for an peers on Al interview? Or a Juicy Smollett NOT being Jailed?… DRAG QUEENS Grade School Shows over the History of 1776? Go figure.

I think that this is a pretty wild, surreal movie. I don't understand the commenters here comparing this independent movie with $20.000 budget to some other productions hitting $10.000.000, $20.000.000 of budget with industry behemoth of companies behind them. It's ridiculous and ignorant to compare such vastly different projects with one another just because they use the same medium. I am not even talking about the way this movie is set apart regarding specific genre.
